RETREATS
In-Person Gatherings, Held with Care
From time to time, I host small, in-person retreats.
These gatherings are intentionally intimate, relational spaces designed for slowing down, listening deeply, and reconnecting with what’s already present beneath habit and identity. They are not events to attend casually, but containers held with care, pacing, and respect for nervous-system safety.
Retreats are not the core of my work — they are an extension of relationship that unfolds when the conditions are right.
The Nature of These Gatherings
The retreats I host may include:
embodied inquiry
reflective conversation
time in nature
rest, presence, and relational listening
and at times, plant-assisted exploration, held responsibly and intentionally
Not every retreat includes plant medicine, and no assumptions are made in advance. When medicine is involved, it is approached with reverence, consent, preparation, and integration — never as an add-on or attraction.
The emphasis is always on coherence over intensity.
Why These Retreats Are Not Open Enrollment
Because this work invites vulnerability and altered states of awareness, relationship and trust matter.
For this reason, retreats are not publicly registered or application-based. Invitations are extended through established relationship, typically after engaging with Sacred Weirdo and allowing shared language and trust to form naturally.
This approach supports:
Safety for everyone involved
Clarity around roles and responsibility
Pacing that respects individual nervous systems
and integrity of the shared field
These boundaries are not about exclusivity — they are about care.
How Invitation Unfolds
There is no timeline to work toward and no requirement to “prepare yourself” for a retreat.
If a gathering is taking shape and feels aligned, I reach out directly to those with whom there is already resonance and relational context. Nothing is assumed, and every invitation is held lightly.
Participation is always a choice — for you and for me.
If You’re Curious
If something here feels alive for you, the place to begin is not a retreat.
It’s relationship.
At this time, Sacred Weirdo is the primary entry point into my work. It offers a way to explore reflection and patterning privately, without urgency or expectation, and allows mutual clarity to develop over time.
You’re also welcome to stay connected and receive updates when gatherings are forming.
